The reason I voted Yes was because it seems like a good habit to have.
I say that because sometimes it seems like when you add vlans betweens devices and have issues, its because you forgot to add it to the trunk “happens a lot when your environment is half pruned and half not”.
So, I say just to it right the first time and plan on having to add a vlan to every side of the trunks you need your addition running on.
Just a thought.
I say no. I assume the context is in the CCIE lab and as time is precious I wont be doing anything I don’t need too.
